Graduation and Beyond.... Creating My Brand!

It's been a long 2 years. Setbacks, breakup, lost ties, and everything else imaginable but God has held me down through it all. So what exactly is the next big thing for B?

Well for starters I will graduate tomorrow obtaining a degree in Surgical Technology. It may not sound like much right now but one can't go wrong in the healthcare field. If I'm gonna fall back on anything I'd want to have cushion on something that will keep me afloat in case another "recession" wants to rear it's ugly head.

I have no limitations about relocating out of my element as I'm ready to embark on what the rest of the world has to offer me.

Looking forward I have a dream that I have envisioned for myself since way back. To create something that I can call my own, network, and hopefully prosper with. I'm in the process creating an entertainment website. It's still being developed but so far I'm happy with the way it's shaping up. I want to stand apart from all the rest and bring stories that are both uplifting and exciting and be the voice of the underdog.

Stay Tuned! I'm still keeping this blog to keep people updated on my life and to vent occasionally.

Miscommunication killz a Relationship(s)

  1. Lack of clear or adequate communication.
  2. An unclear or inadequate communication.

Miscommunication amongst people happens everyday. It's not intentional (most of the time) but it does happen and we send mix signals to the other party and assumptions occur when someone doesn't respond the way we would like.

I've had it happen to me and I'm sure others have as well. It's not nice and often leads to the ending of friendships, relationships, and worse family ties. Communication is a very successful instrument in securing the longevity of many of our relationships but something we neglect because we think they will "always" be around.

There is nothing worse then caring for someone deeply and they turn the other cheek when you want to just say hello or what's going on? The person may have deeper issues but because they don't communicate effectively you assume otherwise and things deteriorate.

I'm a people person point blank and my lines are always open.. I just wish others would be so considerate when dealing with others.

Two Of The Greatest Voices Out....

Much praise goes out to Adele and Marsha Ambrosius for having the #1 and #2 albums in the country. I rarely buy albums so when I heard early recordings from both artist I instantly knew their work was gonna be amazing. Hopefully before this year is out I will be blessed to see these artist in concert... If you haven't already go check out

My heart cries out to Japan....

If it's one thing about me I'm quickly fascinated with worldly events. Something about being apart or witnessing history intrigues me. I can't tell you heart wrenching it was to wake up and watch the final moments of the movie "2012" and moments later see tweets about a major earthquake striking Japan. Instead of going back to bed I instantly became glued to CNN where I watch a Tsunami take out an entire countryside of farm land. What seemed like something out of a disaster movie was indeed unraveling before my very eyes.

Words can't describe what is going on in Japan and my heart goes out to anybody who may be affected by the trying events. I have a cousin who is safe in the south pacific as tsunami warnings were downgraded in the Phillipians.. While we go about out everyday life we must think that sooner or later something like this could happen like this in the United States. I saddens me how people go about their daily lives with no remorse for what's going on in the world. I pray people wake up and realize that what's going on in the world isn't a movie.

The Greatest Rapper Died On March 9th....

R.I.P To my favorite rapper dead or alive.... Ready To Die was the first hip hop album I purchased. My mom didn't like it but hey his music mesmerized me. He was taken to soon because he would have definitely been  one of the major players in music trumping Jay-Z and even Diddy in my opinion. I know he's looking down and proud of his children. His music will live on and I'm thankful to still be a fan. Nobody has came close to touching B.I.G.

My Favorite Top 5 B.I.G tracks off all time...
1. One More Chance
2. Warning
3. Skies The Limit
4. Juicy
5. Get Money
